The Green Flock Finally Moves Out Into the Yard

Now that warmer weather is here to stay, the green flock moved into the yard and into the secondary chicken tractor and out of the gardening shed. The secondary tractor was built using modified plans from Green Willow Homestead to house a hatched flock in 2022, but ended up merged with our original flock. I built an earlier tractor from the plans, but this time tried to make things lighter. I succeeded in the lighter part, but unfortunately the base had to be rebuilt since it wasn’t sturdy enough.
