Smaller Broilers for Market

Over the past few market days, a number of people have expressed a desire for smaller broilers. So this week we processed 12 chickens all about 3 pounds each. We will be taking these to the Lampassas Farmers Market this weekend.

Frozen chicken is back on the menu, boys!

Hi all. We started processing our latest set of meat birds. Currently we have 3 to 4 pounders in stock. Over the next two weeks we will process more and have heavier birds.
