Shipping and Delivery Policy

Crow About Farms provides local delivery and pickup for perishable items and ships non-perishable items within the United States. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are fulfilled.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to this policy.

Perishable Items

Perishable items (including but not limited to fresh produce, dairy, eggs, meat, baked goods, and similar products) are:

  • Available for local hand delivery within 6 miles, determined during checkout, or

  • Available for local pickup at the location chosen during checkout.

 

Delivery details:

  • Delivery fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery windows will be provided via email or text confirmation.

  • Someone must be available to receive perishable items unless prior arrangements are made.

 

Once delivered to the provided address, responsibility transfers to the customer and governed by our Refund and Return policy.

We do not ship perishable items via mail carriers.

Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable items (including shelf-stable goods such as honey, jams, dry goods, soaps, crafts, and related items) may be shipped anywhere within the United States only.

Non-perishable items are shipped via major U.S. carriers such as:

  • United States Postal Service

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise specified.

 

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates for non-perishable items are calculated:

  • At checkout based on weight and destination, or

  • As flat-rate shipping (if applicable).

All shipping charges are displayed before final payment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Delays caused by carrier errors

  • Lost packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

We do not offer international shipping.
